Extremely good professional company. Had a leak in a return line for an in-ground pool and called Leak Doctors. They were able to schedule me in within 3 days of calling them. They arrived promptly on time and got right to work. They found the location of the leak and marked it very accurately. The service technicians Dylan and Ian were professional, friendly and courteous. Since the charge is based on an hourly rate, they were also very conscious about performing the work within the estimated time frame. Would highly recommend Leak Doctors for any of their services.

We had an appointment with Leak Doctors on Wednesday, September 5th. Brandon called to let me know he was on his way and he was on time. He then let me know how he would proceed with finding our leak. He was very thorough! I was very impressed by the way he would not settle for just one test. He did several tests until he could definitely say where the leak is. My husband and I have been very satisfied with Leak Doctors each time we have used them. All of their technicians are very knowledgeable, very professional, and very courteous. They are reasonable in their pricing and we would have no problem recommending them to someone with a water leak problem.

A crew came to fix a leak on my main line. There were some issues and the job became more complicated than expected. However, the technicians were all very personable and respectful of my home. When the initial fix didn’t take, they returned and honored their warranty on labor, admitted their mistake, and rectified it. I am impressed with their honesty and work ethic. We had some bumps in the road but they stayed the course and did what needed to be done. Repairs like this can be stressful, and it is refreshing to work with people who understand that. I will gladly work with them again in the future because TRUST is a valuable trait in today’s world.
